About Me
Resume

Hello!
I'm a game designer who is trying to break into the game industry. I am currently a senior at Champlain College studying Game Design. Over the course of my time at Champlain I've been able to work on a variety of game types and platforms - PC games, VR prototypes, 2D and 3D games, third and first-person shooters to puzzle platformers.
While I have dedicated most of my time to gameplay and level design, I've also taken the time to practice other skills including: scrum master, programming, 3D modeling & texturing, and sound design. I believe that learning about the various disciplines has helped me when it comes to communicating my thoughts as a level designer to others in collaborative team projects.
I've worked with several different teams of varying sizes, made a ton of friends, and learned multiple game production processes in my journey as a game designer.
Why is all of this important?
As a level designer, I am able to create immersive spaces through my understanding of how each element shapes the player experience. My background across multiple disciplines means I can speak the language of programmers when discussing technical constraints, collaborate effectively with artists on visual storytelling, and work with audio designers to enhance atmospheric moments. I'm passionate about crafting levels that tell stories through environmental design and guide players naturally through challenges. My experiences and skills help make me a better team member and leader.
I love learning new things that fuel my inspiration when creating games. I hope to be able to pursue this passion for the foreseeable future.
Outside of making games, I love traveling and trying new foods, wine, R&B music, horror movies, cats, space, zombies, card games, and most of all video games!
